Our founder, Shanike Williams, saw a growing need for care that went beyond basic clinical requirements—care that felt like family. With a deep-rooted passion for community service and a vision for a more compassionate healthcare landscape, Shanike established Helping Hearts as a non-profit organization. The goal was clear: to remove the barriers to high-quality Personal Care Assistance and prioritize the person over the process.
